Think of a River North restaurant vibe, but located in Uptown with lower Uptown prices! I'm highly obsessed with this spot, every drink and bite of food I had was fantastic, and I loved how it wasn't overpriced at all (a good find for Chicago). My daughter was riding with her friend. This could easily have happened to her and landed her in the hospital. Your umbrella flew into his bike, he was thrown into the pavement, his tall 200lb body bouncing and sliding into the street. And all he got was a “You look fine”?! Inexcusable! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will recommend that my daughter and her friend who were involved do the same.
Never been here and never will go here now.. rode past this restaurant on a bike just about 30 mins ago and was hit by one of their umbrellas that went flying in the wind.. it hit me, knocked me off my bike and cause me to go sliding across the street.. EVERYONE in the restaurant saw it happen and only one person who I assume if from the restaurant came to help me, but really just came to get the umbrella out of the bike wheel... No manager from the place came to ask how I was since I just was knocked off my bike by their pr... read more
Great outdoor patio (smaller, but still great). The owner is wonderful and the staff are great! #supportlocal
