Established in 2009, The Reservoir was created to celebrate the emerging craft beer market of Vermont and beyond. Additionally, we worked to create a menu that is fresh, creative and local when possible. We are proud to call Waterbury, Vermont our home. First time coming here, was hopeful with seeing the 4.4 overall ratings. My husband and I weren’t overly impressed. Our appetizer was missing ingredients from what was listed/described on the menu, and what was there, didn’t quite blend well together. It was over an hour before we received our entrees, which were sub par. Overall B-
Fun place to eat. Our server was training another waitress. Once our food was delivered they never checked back with us for drink refills or to see if we needed anything. When we were done we had to track her down for our bills. The food was amazing but a little over priced for what you received. But it was so delicious I would pay it again. Definitely would go back if in the area.
