They don't listen to people and they don't respect people's situations. They are purely numbers based all their employees are just a number on a page they terminate good people because they fail to report what they are told by those people and when there is a problem the main office just brushes it off and says there is nothing they can do ...no investigation, no questions into the problem just nothing.
