Good luck getting in contact with someone in the office
Have had coakroach problem since we moved and not to mention the maintenance problems that have never been fixed
This place is great! I have not had any issues with this amazing community. Every minor service call has had someone over to fix it within a couple of hours. This is why I chose to rent here for another year. I would recommend this community to everyone looking to rent.
Walks and stairs full of snow. Could at least clean up for the tenants. Also, walkway lighting is very dim due to all the dead bugs in the light fixtures. Was told this would be taken care of last year
I have lived at Reserves at South Plains for the past 10 months and I must say it has been a great experience. I have not lived in apartments for over 11 years prior to this experience and have never felt so at home in my humble abode. The staff is very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this location to my best friends and beloved family members.
