Be careful getting into these apartments. You can call the office phone no one answer the phone. Had no hot water since Thursday (4 days now) sent in a work order only to be told I didn’t. I was told they were going to fix it today Monday & they come up with excuses that they didn’t have a key or I didn’t answer my phone Water heater still not fixed.
I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but living here was honestly miserable. This is absolutely not a kid-friendly place—my daughter couldn’t even go outside to play. Packages were stolen, I witnessed drug deals, and maintenance was nonexistent. No matter how much I cleaned, my home was constantly dusty. A police officer told me 80% of his calls come from this apartment complex & recommended that I move out.
