Delightful. My son has lived here for awhile and what I take from this place is it’s an apartment complex. Office staff was very helpful, respectful and understanding. We faced few issues while here but it was addressed and resolved but we also understand it’s an apartment in a college town. They maintained a decent clean as it was two boys in a 3-bed so I’m curious on what some of these complaints apartments look like….
Filthy. First year I moved in there was puke on the door and pee all over the bathroom. Filthy carpet and mattress with damage. All reported numerous times. Charged for these things. Not paid for my cleaning. I figured this was a freak situation, but the next year, I was charged for a chair that was damaged before I ever moved in. The guy who lived there before I moved in reported it over and over. Never replaced. It was damaged when he moved in the year before! I rented a two bedroom apartment at this complex for two years with my sister from the end of August 2024 through July 2026. This was the very first apartment I have ever lived in since moving out from home and coming to Mount Pleasant for class at CMU and it was a horrible experience. I cannot recommend this apartment whatsoever, especially to those who are inexperienced renters such as myself. I am not one to leave reviews, but this place honestly deserves 0 stars. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but time and time again they have proven to be awful to deal with. During my recent move out, they attempted to charge me close to $300 in damage fees for the couch and the chair that come with the apartment. I legitimately used the furniture less than a handful of times, and a quick look at the damage they were claiming was caused by me was clearly from an animal that had scratched the couch before I move... read more
My future daughter in law just moved out and the company is trying to charge her for what we deem as non existent damage. They are trying to avoid giving her deposit back.I have been to her apartment and it looked fine. They tried this same stuff when my son moved out. We just got a list of damages.
