I've been living here for about a week and the staff had already helped me out so much! Cylah, Vasnon, Mykenzie, and their manager Sam moved me to a 2 bed floorplan after a roommate from hell situation in my 3 bed. I was sent a very competent maintenance worker the day right after I submitted my inspection, he fixed what could be fixed and showed me how to use some of the appliances! Cylah at the reception desk helped me get something printed when I was in a jam trying to file something.
Stupidest rule ever heard. My bro in law put a reservation for the apartment and his student visa got rejected. Now they are saying he has to sub-lease the room to get the refund.
Don't live here. Due to personal issues, I never moved in and left CMU and I had unessisary troubles paying my rent. I was unable to pay from the portal and everytime I tried to have it resolved they told me it was being looked at and I never had any updates. It is also impossibly hard to get a hold of someone on the phone there. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
Moved into a mice infestation & had to convince maintenance there were mice bc they refused to believe us. We had to keep mouse poop on our sink to show them before they would bring traps. We had no heat in the winter for weeks, our apartment was 50°. We have had no AC all summer (put in a maintenance request 4 months ago and nothing was fixed) yet our utilities bill is steady over $150 every month. We moved into a trashed apartment and instead of cleaning they sent people to paint over all the dirt. Not worth the money
