The Reserve and Copper Beech are both great places to live, and I highly recommend either one since they’re owned by the same company. If you have any maintenance issues, you can easily report them on their website. They’ve always been quick to fix anything we’ve had.
We were lead to believe we could get a 2 bedroom with 4 people (I'm married and the other 2 have been a couple for a while). Now they want us to be one room per person knowing we're married and I have a disability. They do not Infact work with everyone. Avoid applying. They lie to get you to pay the 300 and drop that on you last minute.
I was very interested in living here but it’s impossible to talk to an actual human. I wanted to set up a tour time that worked for me and not just robot Aria. I got one email for a human and she never answered again. I’ve called and no one answered the phone. Robot Aria said someone would contact me multiple times, I’ve tried to get ahold of a human for over a week now. I’ll be looking at other options now. Extremely frustrating. Update- I FINALLY got to talk to someone after I called again.
Really great apartments especially for young college kids. I will say the parking for some apartments could use some work. There is not enough parking for the amount of people in some apartments other than that it is pretty great to live here!
READ🚨 🚨 These people are criminals, trying to take advantage of students. I put $100 deposit for a unit and 6 MONTHS before the move in date I gave them a written notice that I will not be coming because I am going to a different school in a different state. Now they are trying to send me a $15,000 bill Claiming I am responsible for the entire year when I gave them notice 6 whole months before the move-in date in writing. Fraudulent criminals!
