This is abandoned now but I lived here when it was called French Quarter Apartments in the early 90s ...it sits right on top of Coldwater Creek which is still contaminated with radioactive nuclear waste. So thankful it's closed now so no one else has to be sick from the contamination like I am.
0/10. Don’t get me wrong staff was great! Living space? Top Tier! But the flooding? It’s a no for me. it was never the employees at the front office it was Multi- South. The big company that owns the place.

It was a nice place to live. They fixed things in a timely manner. Constant turn over of management. Management could have communicated better with tenants. Flooding does occur on back lot. The Creek behind it was part of the Manhattan Project. Which means it has toxic cancer causing chemicals in the soil.
