Living here has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend this community to others. It’s a very homey place and clean with an excellent maintenance team. It’s very safe with a five minute drive to the city and Kendig square! Only thing I’d would bring up is that some complaints aren’t taken care of in some instances. Example: There are some instances of illegal parking, and nothing is really done about it except a copy paste community email reminding people not to park illegally, as it continues. We love the spacious floor plan and modern amenities combined with a rural setting! Just minutes from downtown… yet bordering wilderness and the scenic countryside. The staff from the leasing office and property management team are friendly, professional, and unobtrusive, making The Reserve at Willow Ridge feel like a forever home! A quiet, friendly, and diverse community where we have felt welcomed since day 1!
I've enjoyed living here for the past 4 months. It is very well maintained and the management is caring. Olivia and Genesis are very responsive and helpful, and they are both compassionate and kind. The maintenance team is great, and Pete especially is one of the nicest guys I've ever encountered. The location of this community is great. It's beautiful here, inside and out! Loving the comforts of home!
Absolutely love living here, it is upkept extremely well. Any sort of issues are addressed timely and professionally. Apartments are stocked with reliable appliances. Maintenance and property managers have always been pleasant and quick to address any concerns. We've been here around 2 years now and it has just gotten better and better. Rent was raised a reasonable amount ~$60-70 each lease renewal as the area is progressing. Grocery stores are a few minutes drive, and there is a nice walking path around the area. Living here has been nice. I moved in when it was first built and they have been actively improving the property since then with a pool, walking path, and a dog park. The maintenance calls I have put in were addressed pretty quickly. Both the staff on the maintenance team and leasing office have always been nice to interact with as well.
