Maintenance is solid. Birge and Held replaced my floors while I was living in it. Charged me a utility fee despite never missing a bill with Duke, and ignored all emails and texts when I reached out from my end.
9 days today without A/C! They keep sending non professional people and they really seem to not care. Have some “techs” today in my apartment doors wide open since 10am, it is 7;45pm and they can’t still figure it out. Had room temperature reach 82 degrees especially when Wife cooks, have little children but like I said, management does not care. Have the family stuck in the bedroom all day and night with a portable A/C the office lend us 4 days ago. 9 days and counting…… dont rent here, period.
1st it was setup on Aug. 4th, it took about a week before any one came to look at it. Also, I asked to set an appointment or be called before coming. That did not happen. They just showed up. It took several people took look at it for it to be completed.
The refurbishments are great! The management team has taken on a significant number of updates and enhancements, and the apartments are looking amazing. In the 18 years that I have lived here, I have never seen this level of improvement to the property. I was excited when the new management team came in, and it has been wonderful to see so much attention being given to improving our community. I’m excited to see the continued progress and truly appreciate the investment being made in the property and its residents.
