Edit: last night our water heater went out and Cliff kindly helped as soon as possible. We have an infant so having hot water is a big deal. Even though, Cliff was about to end his day, he helped us on the spot. Since living here he has made this place super enjoyable and he always has a smile on his face. He is an asset to this community. Cliff in maintenance is the best! Always super helpful and kind!
Cliff is the man if you have any maintenance issues. Had a couple issues when we moved in with our washer and now our dishwasher and both times Cliff was the one who saved the day after having multiple visits from other staff.
The grounds look amazing Gabe Dose an amazing job. Came for the block party.
Thanks to new management and maintenance supervisor Mr. Marcus has been on top of all my work orders and getting them done right away. I’m definitely happy with the new changes at this apartment complex. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly and I look forward to seeing all the changes being made here.
