I like the house but the construction workers and the superintendent have no respect for the home owners yards. Six different times they have done damage or dug in my yard and only one time did they correctly fix the damage. I find trash like water bottles, construction material, like boards with nails sticking out. I’ve reached out to the superintendent but he hasn’t returned my calls nor my text.

Potential buyers BEWARE! They lure you in with incentives, lower mortgage rates, no closing costs, etc. At first glance you see a brand new beautiful home, until you move in and the nightmare begins. I had two roof leaks, both sides of my house were buckled, uneven walls, cracking in ceiling and walls, HVAC issues, everything they use is cheap and substandard. Both my bathroom vents have major condensation and leak when we shower if it’s hot outside , this is even with the fan on and bathroom door left open while showering.”... read more
