Since new management has come in, they seemed really great initially but now they don't respond to my efforts to try to inquire about signing a new lease or any info about my rent. What a difference new owners can make! Lucky for us, the property was sold last month and these people are great. They have been responsive above and beyond expectations. In two days, we have had our hot water heater replaced within 5 hours, new washer delivered within 24 hours after needing a replacement and bathroom wall retiled in which we reported needed to be fixed at move in to the last company one year ago.
