We haven’t moved in yet but we just signed the lease today! The apartments are beautiful and all of the staff were very kind. Maryon helped us through the process and she was absolutely stellar. She was hospitable and made the whole experience feel like we were just talking to a friend who had our best interest in mind. She was quick, efficient, and left no questions unanswered. Whoever answered the phone today was rude and unhelpful, repeatedly demanding personal information before sharing pricing details on a unit. While it might follow their standard procedure, requiring all these hoops just for a quote felt unnecessarily frustrating. Please do better
The worst, please don't go here....my fam got threatened twice by below neighbor s during daytime cause they could here the footsteps. Place is very cheaply things would done things would break all the time We could hear the obove neighbors too and not sleep at all. They kept my deposit offered to pay one month more cause offcourse we left...worst experience ever and now they want like 4000...F no...pure scam
