I lived here for over a year and absolutely loved this building. Convenient location, great service from the team - service work gets done so quickly and efficiently.
I lived in this building for two years. Overall, my experience was mixed. The fire alarms would often go off without reason, and during a real incident on the penthouse level, communication from management was unfortunately lacking. The pool also had recurring issues and was closed several times, sometimes for long periods. The management office was often unresponsive, and the staff tended to be unfriendly—they rarely greeted residents, which created a rather cold atmosphere. We have moved from a large home in the Washington, D.C. area to a two bedroom at The Plaza. Our experience with the management has been excellent. Devon, the assistant manager, guided us to the perfect home on the premises. He also dealt with our specific requests with great patience.
