These are the worst townhomes to ever move into. 30 days in, my townhome flooded 4 times and nothing was fixed, they continuously sent a Spanish ONLY speaking man/men to fix the problems but then they just do whatever because they don’t understand what we’re saying. The manager is a rather large and lazy woman with a smart mouth who would rather gas light you over owning responsibility and SERVING THE CUSTOMER! Hello I would like to say that I have lived at the Reserve at the Knolls Apartments and Townhomes for many satisfying years the staff is extremely friendly approachable and professional our manager and assistant manager could not be any friendlier the maintenance manager and all the maintenance people work extremely hard they handle any of my request in a timely fashion and are kind and respectful it's the only place I have ever been proud enough to have my Mother's staywith me the ground are kept beautiful and you have a lo... read more
