They will accommodate and advocate for their residents whenever possible. The location is very convenient for you to travel into town or out of town. It is about 5 min. from campus and downtown. I lived there for two years and can’t speak highly enough about the care, consistency, and professionalism of the team at the Falls. They have created a safe, tight knit, and hospitable community which welcomed my family with complete support. If I could have, I would have made them all move with us when that time came! Places like this are rare gems from my experiences; if you are looking for housing in Athens, make this place a priority. You’ll find “home” there. Lovely place to live. Even lovelier hearts.
The Falls is without a doubt the best place to live in Athens! KC and Megan, as well as other staff, were always so quick to get back to me if I needed help, and would go above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. I walked away grateful for experiencing the kindest interactions always. From bringing in a temporary AC unit, to replacing an old dishwasher within 2 days, and everything in between. Great proximity to bike path, wonderful pool, quiet and clean community. Would 10/10 recommend!
