Awesome living experience there! Very nice rooms inside and beautiful scenes outside. Management people are very friendly and willing to solve your problems. They don't deduct extra from your deposit when you move out.
Clean, quiet, and solid amenities available for use. New outdoor grills as of Summer 2024, pool, study room, gym (has the basics to get a good lift/workout), and access to the bike trail. KC, Megan, and the Maintenance Crew are friendly and quick to respond! Wonderful place to call home for professors at the University, retirees, and graduate students.
I lived here for 2 years as a medical student. It is far enough away from campus to get away from the craziness but close enough where you're not feeling secluded. The management is on top of everything, very happy to help when needed. Highly recommended.
I lived here with my fiancé for three years. We never had any issues and management was very friendly. We were always able to reach out to K.C. with any questions and he was happy to help. Plus being right next to Little Fish was nice. I only left because we were moving out of Athens.
K.C. And Megan are great! They hosted a Halloween social with a bbq food truck and tarot reading and everyone had a great time. I highly suggest they are given the funds to do more of these type of events. They really do a great job over every other apartment complex in Athens. Would love to see them given the funds from ownership to put in new pool furniture, new grills, a car wash station, and storage for bicycles. Everyone here works super hard to keep the grounds clean and respond to maintenance requests in record times.... read more
