Nestled between Goose Island State Park and Aransas National Wildlife Reserve with views of St. Charles and Aransas Bay, every season of different and beautiful. Water and Shore birds are amazing and access to great fishing is easy. Wonderful master planned community provides great amenities. We’ve been here for several years and love it more every time we come.

I recently stayed in a Villa and WOW, what a great experience. The community is great for the fishing enthusiast or if you just want to get away. It's serene and peaceful like a hidden gem. I highly recommend and is a must whether you're looking to buy or just rent.
Love it.... But $1,000,000.00 to much.... To far out of a small town..... Seven years to still be developing.....👎 Red can’t win every investment......👍🌴😎
