DO NOT RENT here! They will steal your money! You will live there your entire lease and pay your rent on time and tell them two months prior to moving out your not renewing your lease and when your lease is up they will charge you another two months and steal your deposit! Even after the apartment is left spotless and you gave them written notice! CINDY is a problem!
I have loved living at the Reserve at Springdale. The area is safe with an amazing community, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. I had an issue with my dishwasher that required multiple visits by the maintenance crew. They have been extremely responsive to the problem and took great care of me, especially Stephon Blair who installed a brand new dishwasher for me when nothing else seemed to fix the issue! I'm personally very pleased with everything and everyone here. They really do take care of you.
