This is my 3rd year living here. I have nothing but great things to say about the Reserve at River's Edge. Erin has been a wonderful Resident Assistant. She listens and tries to please her residents to make them happy. I also spoke to a gentleman from the Metropolitan Group voicing my opinions. He listened to my concerns and did what he could to please me. I am so appreciative of how I've been treated. The maintenance service here couldn't be better. They are quick getting things done.
I moved in the beginning of October 2024. Have had nothing but positive experiences with maintenance workers, David & Steven are wonderful. The office staff are always pleasant & helpful. After living in a single home I appreciate the snow removal & the dog stations. Now they have added benches along the dog path.
And let me add that the 5 star review on this page was given by an employee. LOL
I recommend you live ANYWHERE else BUT the Reserve at Manada Hill!!!! You can literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartments around you. The apartments are anything BUT luxury. They are dated and unclean upon move-in and the pool is filthy. And if you are feeling froggy and decide to take your chances, take a video to document every single inch of the apartment when you take ownership. This place is horrible do not rent here!!! Rat infested, careless management. They rent out these apartments in horrible conditions.
Where do I start I lived at this place for three years. The rent goes up every year they have issues keeping there contracts trash landscaping so at times the place is not well kept they find every reason too keep increasing your rent you can never get ahold of anyone then when you choice too leave do think your getting your security Deposit back I payed $1400 I got back $98 the only good thing about this place it forced me do get my credit in order a purchase a house so I used the way they used me too do better but this pla... read more
1st off, completely rip you off on security deposit so don't expect much back. Still WAITING for my security deposit....argued back and forth with them for months now because they wouldn't take my ex's name off of the check (he was legally evicted from the apartment and was no longer legally on the lease). Then they finally agreed to take his name off the check and I still have not received my security deposit check.
