My partner and I lived at Reserve at Spring Pointe for two years, but recently life events led me to move out of state. Firstly, this is a wonderful community in terms of management. Alix, our property manager is always so on top of things. Whenever I needed to ask Alix a question or address a concern, I always felt like she was happy to answer or offer support. Nice area . I lived there for 6 years. But walls are very thin ,and you can hear everything. The tailing out in front of building 100 has been missing for about 4 years . Bet if you go to building 100, it's still missing, they are lucky no one fell. Every year I lived there the rent increases were $ 100-140 per month. Two words, STAY AWAY! This place is horrible. Their lease is one where you basically give away all of your rights under the landlord tenant act. I lived here for two years and within the first month I had mold growing all over my belongings. Their maintenance staff tried to find a way to blame it on us. I am not the kind of person to sue a place but I was tempted to. I had to throw away so many of my sneakers and clothes. I’ve lived at SP for almost 3 years. I’ve had both a 1 bedroom unit and a 2 bedroom. These are beautiful apartments! It’s also a great neighborhood and place to live! Alix is a great property manager and has helped me navigate moving between different units and tended to my needs over my years living here. Our maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the property. I’m proud to call the Reserve at Spring Pointe home!
My experience has not changed. The maintenance team always helps me with any issues ASAP. The property manager is excellent and actually shovels non-stop when it snows, she even drags her boyfriend with who is nice to look at
