I have to say I have been here for a month now! I absolutely love it here. Not only are the office ladies fabulous, but so are the people who live here. Very nice area to live. The apartments alone are absolutely beautiful! It feels just like home to my dog, and I. Thank you Jess, and Arianne for being awesome! If you're looking for somewhere to feel at home, and comfortable; The reserve at South Ridge is the place to live!
We signed up back in October and moved in here June 1st! Since day 1 we have loved it, Julia is so nice and always helpful. The place is beautiful and quiet. We are so happy here!! Nothing but good things to say about this place!

I highly don’t recommend this company, never got my deposit back and they charged me more money on top for advertising when they had 5 ppl on the waiting list for a one bedroom, sent me to collections, I bought a house and tried to change my 6 month lease to month to month lease in a day of signing a 6 month lease, I moved out one month after my one year lease was up. Horrible way of dealing with clients on top of taking advantage of ppl and you know you were wrong in what you did.
RecommendedThe apartments are beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the Manager really cares about making it a community everyone would want to live in. From free coffee, pool table, shuffleboard and workout area at the clubhouse, to the friendly, caring front desk, to awesome maintenance, we are truly spoiled here.

I just moved in a couple of days ago and I love it here already! The apartment is beautiful and area is great! Very convenient to shopping, eating and and anything I might need! The office staff is awesome! Thanks Jessica and staff for all your hard work!
