Was so looking forward to residing here and because of management error they put me in wrong unit and wouldn’t correct the issue.... very uncaring and seemly unwilling to make the situation right with only 2 weeks prior to move in date! Now I will be homeless........

Nice quiet area! This is probably the best apartment complex in Spokane Valley. Highly recommended!
I’ve lived here for 9 months, beautiful apartment, but all of a sudden they decided to tow my car without any sort of warning.. I was not in reserved parking, and was never told that I had to have a permit to park in front of my apartment... wasted hours and $450 later I have the car back.. definitely will not be renewing my lease!
We've lived here for a little under a year now. Never had any issues with management or the apartment itself. It's never noisy (except for the occasional yard work around 9am). I love everything about my apartment and the staff has been nothing but nice to us. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of the apartment and we love the location.
Nice apartment, quite neighborhood. Garage is a big plus. Lacks a decent park and the speed bumps are too hard...
Very clean, nice, and new apartments. Quiet neighborhood. Staff is always nice and willing to help out as much as possible. I love this place!
