This is going on my fourth year that I've lived here. I can still hear my neighbor upstairs, but fortunately he is not a real noisy person. Still in the need of more handicapped ramps in here. This hasn't changed. Access to the trash compactor has not been changed. High curb to access from the front. I use the driveway to access compactor. Since I can't walk over curbs or walk on uneven grass I use the driveway. I have to compliment the staff in the office. They are always very pleasant, and will answer any questions... read more

This is my 3rd year living here. I have nothing but great things to say about the Reserve at River's Edge. Erin has been a wonderful Resident Assistant. She listens and tries to please her residents to make them happy. I also spoke to a gentleman from the Metropolitan Group voicing my opinions. He listened to my concerns and did what he could to please me. I am so appreciative of how I've been treated. The maintenance service here couldn't be better. They are quick getting things done.

I moved in the beginning of October 2024. Have had nothing but positive experiences with maintenance workers, David & Steven are wonderful.  The office staff are always pleasant & helpful.  After living in a single home I appreciate the snow removal & the dog stations. Now they have added benches along the dog path.
