I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. The office staff, Katrina and Amari, have been consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. They respond quickly to any concerns or issues, which I truly appreciate. The maintenance team— Mike, and Gary—are fantastic as well. Any problems I’ve had were handled promptly and thoroughly. Honestly I can’t complain , been residing here for some time now , besides the ongoing projects , haven’t had any issues with my place besides the usual , nice environment and safe place to live . Management is considerate , although things changed over the years , the new management is very precise and urgent when it comes to things needing to be done , especially Amari in management she has been very helpful and understanding when it comes to everyday living. No screens on several windows, and a VERY corporate and inflexible management team. Sure, they'll be right on time to do home inspections, but if you tell them about a specific problem they make you submit a work order. The particular manager that came during the inspection this time was stiff, unaccommodating, disrespectful, eager to be done with her job. They are scammers, I started there for 6 years and they never updated the painting and carpet like they said they would after 3 years…raised the rent EVERY YEAR and when I left they didn’t schedule a walk through and kept my entire deposit plus tried to charge more which went to my collections when I left my apartment clean with no damages…. They will take advantage and scam you
