I was driving by in green haven and I came across reserve at river lake! The staff there really impressed me although I was looking for a 3 bedroom they were so thorough in explaining everything their community has to offer if I ever down size I will definitely keep these apartments in mind thank you so much Katrina and Alexis ! :)
Scammers I applied for unit 3 and they purposely withheld info I needed to finish applying and purposely took my application money and deposit to then give my apartment to someone else they are scammers DO NOT TRUST you will be left with out money and a place to stay!!!! They scammed us out of 106 dollars just to get the carpet redone in the unit so they wouldn’t have to come out of pocket fixing what the last tenant did to the apartment. I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. The office staff, Katrina and Amari, have been consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. They respond quickly to any concerns or issues, which I truly appreciate. The maintenance team— Mike, and Gary—are fantastic as well. Any problems I’ve had were handled promptly and thoroughly. Honestly I can’t complain , been residing here for some time now , besides the ongoing projects , haven’t had any issues with my place besides the usual , nice environment and safe place to live . Management is considerate , although things changed over the years , the new management is very precise and urgent when it comes to things needing to be done , especially Amari in management she has been very helpful and understanding when it comes to everyday living.
