I have lived at The Reserve for the year and a half and I have to say it's been pretty pleasant for apartment living. My biggest issue with apartment living is noise level, poor maintenance and unpleasant office staff. I'm SO HAPPY I have not experienced any of that. That grounds are kept up on a regular basis. I have been a resident of the reserve at River lake for almost a year it's been peaceful. The apartments are well kept , there's no noise, and Alexis and Katrina who work in the office are very respectful. Everytime I have problems in my apartment or needs something fixed they are right on it . Thank you guys so much for all you do!
I went to check out the apartments looking for a one bedroom but sadly they didn’t have any available, I really wish they had. The staff are so friendly Alexis and Katrina were very professional. They didn’t act like I was wasting their time and were very polite and attentive with me. Had they had an available apartment I would have taken it in a heartbeat.
The Reserve at Riverlake apartments has been a great place to call it a home. Located in Pocket - Greenhaven area. I have lived in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment for 2 years and I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The grounds and surrounding are well maintained and kept clean. The next door neighbors are so friendly and nice. Neighbors are like the family. No disturbance or disrespect whatsoever from neighbors.
