I moved to the Reserve a few months ago and I can honestly say I am very happy living here. The maintenance staff is very efficient and come the same day when you put in a work order. Kathy and the management staff are also great. They do their best to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
A resident at the Riverdale, NJ complex for past four years. The reason I selected to live here was the diversity of residents. I have a sense of community. Residents are very friendly n respectful to all ages. After being a homeowner for many years, I now feel like a “home away from home” in a smaller environment. Renting at the Reserve at Riverdale was the best rental decision we made. The apartment is spacious and the amenities are terrific (i.e. nightly valet garbage pickup, underground garage parking and on-site storage opportunities.) Most of all, the staff is exceptional. The site manager and rental agent are both wonderful and always available for questions. Their attention and follow-up are notable. I am very happy living at the Reserve. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The Maintenance staff is confident and quick to fix any problems that might occur in the apartments. If you’re looking to move to a nice comfortable apartment this is the place for you.
Recently moved into the Reserve at Riverdale and am extremely happy with my unit, the staff and the friendly neighbors that live here. When I moved in the place the spotless and the staff was available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend considering this spot as your new home!
What ever you do, do not rent at Reserve at Riverdale. Not only is the rent extremely high and above the market, you will be gouged at every opportunity. I moved out 2 years ago and paid in full. They were still attempting to bill me for carpet cleaning services and maintenance that I had already paid over 24 months prior. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere! Complete rip off. I had to threaten to take them to court to stop the ridiculous harassment.
Located near some sort of recycling center or garbage center. A couple of days per week the entire neighborhood wreaks and you cannot even sit outside for more than a few minutes. Walls are very thin and you can hear all of your neighbors-- especially on top and bottom. Worst of all is that the management team is very, very rude and disrespectful. Extortionist practices. The absolute worst run complex I’ve ever had the displeasure of renting from. Stay away!
