its an awful place residents that live there start fights stress the older people out ,to many aniamals and residents dont clean up after them there has been to many deaths in there complex ...and rent is really high for very small apartments next to restaurant fishy smell all day and to much crime in parking lot cars being vandalized just not worth it
We loved this place when we first moved in. But now with the place fully occupied , the property management doesn't seem to care. Biggest problem here is parking. No spaces are reserved for residents. I've been told we have 200 spaces, but they are shared with a Fred Meyers, restaurants and hair salons. In fact, management took away 5 spots in front of the building and assigned them to 2 hair salons renting space in front. So now the seniors and disabled living here have to park and walk farther. This is very nice Apartment but parking is very Bad!!!! VERY POOR PLANNING AS FAR AS THE PARKING for this neighborhood l
