Horrible management, they have not fixed any of our problems and they are all submitted I have had a huge whole in my floor my water was not working for a week my a/c doesn’t work they have parking problems and do no follow there own rules there has been mold growing since moving in the parking issue doesn’t make sense because they only tow the cars of residents they don’t like I have took pictures of cars everyday parked without passes and violations instead of fixing them the manager said we should move and was very disres... read more
Avoid Quietwaters Apartments at All Costs Living at Quietwaters Apartments has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Our first apartment was infested with roaches that were literally spray-foamed into the walls, there were nails sticking out of the carpet, and mice running around the unit. It was completely unsafe and unlivable. After months of frustration, we were finally moved to another unit, but the problems didn’t stop — they got worse. Great experience touring this place and it’s a beautiful location. Akil was beyond kind and had SO much knowledge on the place. He was answering questions I hadn’t even asked yet. Service you don’t see too often anymore. Highly recommend working with him!
I’ve been here for about 9 months and all I can say it’s such a nice, quiet neighborhood, the rental office is awesome when ever i talk to Akil he is always on it. The maintenance guys are always on top of things no long waits and always checking up. And the trash is always getting picked up
