Posting under a friends name because I’m afraid if I post under my name they’ll increase my rent and or refuse to renew my lease (hoping I don’t need to do that) Don’t move here . Management is horrible and don’t care about the living conditions. Apartments are old looking and no where near modern for the rent to be as high at it is. Also has bug infestations. If you are looking for an apartment, please consider Reserve at Parkland. We have lived here 6 years and find it very enjoyable. The staff is professional, friendly, and just all around “good people”. They go out the of their way to make RAP a great place to live.
AVOID renting from this management. They scam you with wrong information and push you to apply for a $75 non refundable very long and detailed application that took me an hour to finish. They ask for so many details and information about your employer, including supervisor phone number and address!!! then even if you exceed the requirements they keep harassing you with more personal details and ask for more paperwork. It was an awful experience!
