I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex and the incredible job Madi, the new property manager, is doing! Madi goes out of her way to ensure that every resident has the best possible living experience. Her passion and creativity for organizing events is unmatched. She has a way of bringing the community together, and she really shows that she cares.
Madi has been so helpful and patient with this process of finding the perfect home for our family! Definitely recommend!
Updating my review after nearly 4 years as a resident at Reserve at Parkland. We are still very happy with our apartment, the property and Metropolitan Management as our landlord. There have been a few very nice additions to the property over the last 4 years, such as the fenced in dog run. Management has always been great to work with. Jay the Maintenance Technician does a great job keeping the property clean and is always very helpful when something needs to be done. AVOID RENTING FROM MMG!! We lived here for 4 years. The best thing to come from our occupancy at this community is the people you meet & the friendships built. Here’s our experience over the last four years. It looks pretty, but the craftsmanship is below par. The carpet rippled and frayed within weeks of moving into the apartment.
