Nothing but problems Nothing but problems begining three days after move in. Leak from upstairs into our bathroom. Told it was fixed. Went away for the weekend and came back to a bigger leak. Maintenance cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Had that hole in the ceiling from July until October. Was told we did not keep up with reporting the need for a work order. Nightmare A/C wasn't working when I moved in. I noticed later on the bathroom's hotwater isn't working (the nozzle bathtub was broke), there were molds and cracks on the bathtub, dish washer wasn't working, there were paint marks all over the carpet in the bedroom, holes on every door there is in the apartment, the oven's light and filter weren't working, most of the lightbulbs were out (One of which wasn't even working after replacing the bulb), drawers in the bathroom were filled with previous occupant's toothpaste and fin... read more
Improvement As I've been living here, its had its ups and downs , but I will say Kimberly will go above and beyond to take care of her tenants. The maintenance guy is very friendly and goes above and beyond also. The neighborhood is very quiet which is a major plus. And the playground area! Everything is improving day by day. Give it time. I'm excited to see the outcome.

Ski Lodge Apts Opelika, Alabama Pretty nice apartment. Older but clean, appliances are new and so far any problem I have had has been quickly rectified. Building I am in has great neighbors and security has been pretty good. Lawns are kept cut and clean, and trash areas are clean. Manager and asst manager usually pick trash in parking area weekly. Pool is kept clean and maintained well. Rent is very reasonable.
