AC is still not working and we haven’t received any confirmation of repairs. The scheduled appointment was never completed and it has been almost ONE MONTH without AC.
Let me preface my review by saying the staff at The Reserves at North River apartments are fabulous, kind and informative! Now, my review. The rental process is cumbersome as there are too many websites that the renter is contacted by once you sign a rental agreement and it is confusing to know what to do. First I was contacted by a site called RHINO that alerted me that my deposit had not been paid and my apartment had not been secured due to this.
