So i had to go out of town because im in thereserves so i was a couple of days late getting my stuff out since i was moving! I returned to find out my stuff was missing! Come to find out my clothes were dotated and my 65inch tv and my fireplace ended up in Brandiis hands! I have no way to prove it but im sure thats what happened! Thanks a lot Brandii!!! Are you sure that's the number? I keep getting a plumber!
I want to give a shout out to Kevin and Christian for all the work they do at The Reserve at Moonlight. Kevin had recently completed some repair work in my bathroom. He took the time to explain the process of before and after a job takes place. The guys in maintenance have always been very kind and easy to work with.
One star since I can't give out Zero! Very sketchy about this place . worst place l lived Now l want to share my 2years experience . Before you decide to move in make sure please read all the negative reviews..They are all telling the truth. Good reviews are pretty much fake reviews.When I first move in smell odd also carpet was flat and old. Phenomenal communication! Anytime I've had an issue, I can reach out and get a response back, if not immediately, then absolutely within the hour Every Single Time!!! Not everywhere I've rented from has cared about responding in a timely manner which is incredibly important to me, so this has been fantastic!
