I would reconsider coming here if you dont like random crap added to your contract right in the middle for instance paying $15 trash charge on top of this ridiculous $20 valet trash bs like whos so lazy that you cant take the trash to the dumpster yourself a few feet. All they want is money money money most likely not staying here bc of this. Had zero say in any of it. Im not for that so if you are feel free to live here.
The Reserve At Moonlight is nothing like they advertise on the Internet. Do not live here if this is the first time you have ever lived in an apartment. You will be disappointed and shocked. Lots of mold!! Please read the negative reviews (if they haven’t been removed) as they are true. After 3 water leaks in the ceiling of my bathroom, mold grew. It took over 3 months to get it fixed.
