He went above and beyond to provide us with amazing customer service, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Jay made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate his help and highly recommend working with him!
Move here now! We love the Reserve. Moved our family in due to downsizing and the need for a good spot to land. Our family has repeatedly said how much we love it here and that we may end up staying longer term because it's such a nice spot to land. We adore our townhome! Everyone (staff, neighbors, maintenance) have been kind and gracious. They remember our names and are friendly whenever we see them. We are very grateful to have found such a great community to land in.
I have now lived here for 2 years and renewed my lease for another year. My son and I are very happy living here. It’s a beautiful community, we feel safe and it’s quiet in our building. Everyone is friendly and maintenance has been attentive every time. They do a great job of keeping up with the property, it always looks nice and well kept. I’ve been a tenant at Reserve at Miller Farm for four years. During this time, I’ve lived in both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and now I’m back in a one-bedroom again. Overall, my experience has been very positive. While I’ve encountered a few maintenance issues in the past, the property manager has always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.
