When i first moved into the Reserve at Miller Farm is i was really happy to find a nice quiet place to live. Lindsay a former employee was extremely helpful. Maybe when she left is where it all went downhill. The management staff is so quick to surely tell you what you are doing wrong but surely cant take the same criticism! They will tell you every accuse in the book to why they cant help you as in “we are so overworked and understaffed”. I think thats a management problem not a tenant problem! The tenants above me do not live there they are renting rooms to non-tenants. Abandoned vehicles, vehicles with flat tires, cigarettes on my pation area and in the shrubs, littiering, kids jumbping, running, stomping,insdie the apartment and the stairs in the building, front door to the building has become a revoloving door with strangers that do not live here. We enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Miller Farm. Apartments were nice and comfortable. Community was great, good activities. We did not however enjoy the 17% rent increase after their renovation last year, so we left at the end of our lease in November. Didn't want to, but more like we had to leave. We have no argument with the staff or any deductions from our deposit, but our problem is the just have NOT returned our deposit yet. Three years ago, I was new to the area, a 72 years old dog owner, and moved into Miller Farms. It is a wonderful community, I felt safe and comfortable. The management team is so supportive and friendly I highly recommend the community.
