We have been living here while on a long term assignment and there is not a better location in Florence - we looked at them all. A great central location with shopping, dry cleaning etc nearby and only a few minutes further to a reviving downtown. The property is super clean, well maintained with plenty of generous sized parking spaces.
Honestly could not have asked for more. Being new to the area, they've helped me get acclimated to the area and have also helped get me groceries while on crutches. They go above and beyond.
Just moved in and the entire leasing process has been great and I am looking forward to living at The Reserve at Mill Creek.
This living experience is far superior and as a retired/disabled military veteran aids in my "quality of life"!! Sabre and the ENTIRE staff (many times we forget that includes the Maintenance Staff and Security Officer), are a CLASS ACT!!! You certainly get what you pay for here at The Reserve at Mill Creek as they live up to the motto of being in "a class of their own in apartment living. Much props to the lawn care folks too!!! To be GOOD, you have to LOOK good too!!!
