Melissa is wonderful and the property is beautiful.
Very nice apartments and community with a variety of apartments, flats, and townhome floorplans. The pool and fitness area are large perks, and the complex has lots of grass and open space as well. The current management and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. Work orders are taken care of and concerns are followed up on. I live in a townhome and really enjoy the space and location.
Don’t ever live here we moved here about 5 months ago we were in one apartment had mold everywhere (water leaks, Water damage ,etc) they moved us to a new unit we have lived in this unit for about 2 months and has mold everywhere we have both been in and out of the hospital fighting a sickness that’s is deadly for the price in rent here 100% go get a better home for you and your family’s theres dog shit everywhere you go the walls are cardboard you can hear everything the pool is nasty dead bugs and probably mold in there to... read more

I called to set up a tour and to get information , the office was quick to respond and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The tour was great, the property and units were beautiful , looked new and were well cared for. The property was peaceful and very clean. We have been viewing and looking all over bend and Redmond and we ultimately decided this is it.
