I've love and enjoyed living here the last year or so. Management is friendly and maintenance is professional and efficient. My only suggestion is I wish tenants would pick up their dog's in the dog park! Other than that great place!
Worst experience renting I’ve ever had. Those walls were basically cardboard they were so thin. I heard my neighbors every second of the day. I was miserable living there to the point I never wanted to be home cause I couldn’t even relax. I moved out only after being there a couple months. Management sucked too they didn’t care. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!
We have been residence at THE RESERVE AT METOLIUS for almost 4 years AND WE LOVE IT HERE !!!!! My fiance works in the Bend/Redmond area and we also live in Washington state. When we realized we would be in both places and started looking for an apartment home we found this amazing location. The management team has always been amazing and responsive when we have had to address an issue.
