I recommend you live ANYWHERE else BUT the Reserve at Manada Hill!!!! You can literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartments around you. The apartments are anything BUT luxury. They are dated and unclean upon move-in and the pool is filthy. And if you are feeling froggy and decide to take your chances, take a video to document every single inch of the apartment when you take ownership.
