I’m really disappointed with the way the management here handles residents’ concerns. I misplaced my apartment key and asked for a duplicate, which I was told should only cost $5 or less .I was in urgent need of the key and unable to go to Home Depot myself. Instead of helping, they flat out refused to provide a replacement. It’s very inconvenient and doesn’t feel like fair treatment, especially when a simple solution could have been provided.
