Tenants are asked to leave reviews while living there... but a lot of the MULTIPLE additional fees don't come out until you move out. After living here for a year the general pros to this area are that it is in a quiet neighborhood, friendly and available maintenance staff, community events, clean areas, timely garbage and winter maintenance items. Quiet nice clean place very happy here
I have lived at The Reserve at Grings Mill since March 2021 and never thought once about moving. Phil, our Property Manager, has been top notch since he arrived along with Patrick who manages the Maintenance Team. The property is centrally located within 10 minutes of everything from shopping, dining and entertainment. The Reserve provides a safe environment and has a beautiful pool and Community House which hosts periodic community parties and events.
This apartment complex is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and well taken care of properties I've visited in Berks County.
