I was interested in renting from here a few months ago. Filled out their online interest form and never heard back. Tried visiting their office in person during open hours and found no one. Tried calling multiple times and never got a hold of them. In hindsight, I'm glad. I have a friend who lived here in the past and he also strongly complained of the paper thin walls.
This apartment is in ideal location in Berks County and fairly new apartments. We generally liked our three years at this place. The maintenance staff is really friendly and responsive. The apartments are fairly new but really cheaply constructed. They aren’t going to age well. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking and god forbid if they have young kids. I originally rated this place a 5/5 when Tanya and Jenn worked here, but now that my wife and I have moved out I had to bump the score down. Living here was alright, my wife and I lived here for about 2.5 years. The materials used to build this place are of the cheapest kind. Noisy neighbors will have you hearing in on everyone's conversations behind closed doors. Using command hooks to hang stuff on walls? Get ready for it to rip chunks of the wall off.
