My Wife and I have been living at The Reserve at Gring's Mill for approximately 4 years, and love everything about it! We love the layout of our apartment and the location. But, we mostly love the entire Staff. They all (namely; Phil, Zay, Pat, and John) treat my wife and I like we're family! They are all Courteous and Helpful! Although, Phil is relatively new his personality and professionalism earned our Respect and Friendship! Just moved in and it couldn’t have been easier. Phil in the leasing office, along with Gina (a property manager for another apartment), Michelle (previous interim manager), and Pat in maintenance have made this experience both easy and extremely welcoming. So far, so great.
