Lived here over a year. I can’t explain how the apartment was so big and roomy and love the washer and dryer in unit plus you get a 1 car garage. The manger Angela been so amazing and helpful and understanding. I truly loved living here.
Grounds not well kept at all … hall ways always dirty garbage is always overflowing and on the ground for weeks to months .. pool is never up and running .. dogs are huge way over 25 lbs and not cleaned up after .. management is not consistent.. and the nuisance of letters on your door for no reason .. is insane … It’s very stressful to live there !! Between police and fire dept it’s ALWAYS SIRENS goin off !!! It’s the Ghetto of Yorkville ! Go elsewhere if u can if now u will see what I mean !
