This review is about the maintenance staff only! Ricky the maintenance supervisor is very good at his job. He handles things promptly, efficiently and will explain the repair process to you if you’re home. He doesn’t say much but what he lacks in words he makes up for in skill. If it’s broken I can guarantee that he can fix it. The complex is huge but the maintenance staff do a great job at maintaining it to the best of their ability.
Advertised $675 monthly rent. Lowest unit is $975! Scam
Well to start manager Angela is very rude and talks abt low income people she shouldn’t be working in this industry, the grounds aren’t kept well at all the hallways are messy with clumps of dust and bugs everywhere landscaping is not up to par at all swimming pool is usually broke down goin on 5 yrs now laundry room is only open 9-5 Monday thru Friday just like the gym the apartment inside isn’t to bad if you keep it clean just outdated appliances and under age kids running all around in the streets like they have no parent... read more
Units arent to bad but staff isn’t up to par at all . Management can be very rude .. managers switch often , also owners .. it’s not consistent at all . Groundskeeper doesn’t clean hallways its dust clumps and bugs everywhere . Also black mold that u can visual see !! Who ever they hired to keep up the landscaping is terrible it’s actually unfortunate how they keep this place . Find somewhere else to live if u want peace and a good quality of life !!!! Looking for four walls and a roof? Perfect! Just don’t expect the luxury package. Think of it as ‘character included’ a little draft here, a sprinkle of mystery leak there, and maybe some vintage air quality. If you’re cool with that, welcome home! Oh, and just a heads-up this place has been under 3 new management companies in the last 5–6 years, so consistency is its own adventure.
