I have lived here for 2 years and the highlights are the residential staff (office and maintenance), the greenery and landscaping, and by far the on-location dog park. My only suggestion for improvement is the lack of open parking spaces if you do not reserve a space (especially at night).
1 star seems appropriate for this apartment complex, maybe a half of a star. I am writing to share my experience with living at this apartment complex, as there has been several ongoing concerns. First, there has been a persistent rodent problem that has not been adequately addressed. This has created an unsanitary and uncomfortable living environment. I really like this community. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the location is excellent close to everything I need. I also love the layout of the apartment. It feels spacious and well designed. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. Darya, in particular, was very kind and explained everything clearly, which made the process
Deciding to downsize and transferring to a smaller unit on the same property turned out to be the best move we could have made.
