Received great service from Addisu from maintenance. Our dryer quit three days before we were due to move out. Addisu arrived very quickly after we put in the request. He worked and worked and even dug up an old part to get the dryer going again. Thankful he went above and beyond to get us up and running!
Seriously have never been at a place where the maintence team has been so good. They are fast, efficient, kind, and so respectful. We've had a great time getting to know the team, specifically, Addisu Jabir, Milner, and Ramon. Thankful for all the hard work that they do!
The Reserve at Fairfax Corners is a wonderful community to live in. It has been a wonderful experience thus far.
