Mia and her staff are always friendly and are very prompt if there are any issues.
This new management that has taken over is doing a difference. My friend has been living here for a few years and he’s definitely happy knowing theres some changes being done with this new management. February 2nd 2025!! Let me go ahead and add to my review here another problem once again. Every month it’s something with these people. So my water /sewage has never in my five years living here been more than $75 maybe . Lately it has been running no more than 65. Tell me why our water sewage bill says 159$ and they’re saying it’s because of the freeze when those dates that the water bill cycle is showing wasn’t even around the freeze.
