Pretty average to below average apartment complex. Read the previous reviews and it’s all true. The communication was good until we moved in. We lived there for 7 months with no screens on the windows and the AC going out every other month. The electric went out in the apartment once a month. The washer/dryer combo broke twice. Sink broke and flooded our kitchen. The maintenance person said it happens to every apartment. They don’t follow up on maintenance request unless pressured to do so. So what I have experienced is the office is excellent in communication until you become a resident. However, since I moved in no communication. The neighbors seem to be good and complex is in a good area. You can't call the office because no one will answer. Not everyone has the time to be able to stop in the office. Not everyone's work will allow time to take care of person business on work time. You can't email them either because no one will respond either. I recently moved into the reserve and Kaylee in the front office has been fantastic every step of the way. If I had last minute questions she always had an answer, or would find out for me. On move in day, I had an issue with the original apartment I leased, and Kaylee made sure I was taken care of, and got me a different unit same day so I didn’t have any extra stress on top of moving.
