I appreciate that the door seals fully now but I have to use my entire body weight to shut the door and lock it. But whenever the door handle moves when the door is locked the bottom latch slips out and just leaves the lock latch in which makes me very nervous and doesn’t leave me feeling very secure and safe.
Timori at the reserve destination point needs to be the manager I have lived at the reserve for five years and anyone I interact with doesn’t provide service such Timori. She is always so calm, collected, and caring from emergency maintenance to simple questions we get the same outstanding service from her. SHE NEEDS TO BE THE MANAGER!!!! Thank you Timori!!
