Appliances always break and they ruin my things without it getting reimburse. Even though they told me to take a picture of it. Leasing agents will record you after leasing hours in an effort to add fees to your account. Since moving in, I’ve submitted a total of 26 maintenance requests related to the washer and dryer, dishwasher, sink, and door locks etc. It took multiple requests and submitted photos before some of the issues were finally addressed, with a few only being resolved in recent months. Was unable to see all the apartments. I understand why but someone should of taken that into account.
Gina in the leasing office is very kind and helpful. I had my heart set on renting here but unfortunately, my application was denied. Given the speed at which I received a response, I'm guessing they have a credit score threshold. The application fee is $75 so make sure you have at least a 700 credit score before applying. The grounds were well kept and I saw a lot of women out and about, which is always a good sign and indicative of safety.
