Lived here 4 years ago and loved it but oh boy, it has gone downhill. Currently killing spiders, slugs and ants daily on the carpet. Some of the walls are even starting to crack. Not much can be done for complaints as they let a lot slide so good luck! Normal apartment noise is understandable like walking but when your upstairs neighbor drops, slams and bangs whatever it is until 10pm on a weekday and regularly on the weekend, it’s inexcusable for $1,300/month.
