Agapito very good service! Aligment door locks exceptional
I moved in about two months ago to this apartment complex and I have to give them such a high rating due to their staff. Anytime I have had a complaint or issue, it has been addressed and fixed within two days. They have security here to make me feel safe and a 24/7 emergency line if anything goes wrong in the apartment. I did have issues when I first moved in with the occasional german cockroach. I’ve been living here for 4 months and never had a problem until recently my stove stopped working but I work out of town so I didn’t know if I would be able to get it fixed if I wasn’t home. Fortunately enough I put in a work order for it and Marvin Santiago came and took care of it within a couple days before I got home. He also was very good at communicating throughout the whole process.
Update: They tell you to call to talk about the issue, they don't talk to you. They give you the run-around. They are good about emailing you if 're missing a payment, however didn't even send me an email telling me that i owed rent for February, but we're quick to send it to collections, I repeat, I talked to Sandra (office staff) and told her the spartment was empty and that I was not going to renew, the contract, because I was working out of town, so I paid over 5 months in rent and additionsl fees, for an empty apartment... read more
