Hi! I lived there about 2 years and I liked so much the life in the reserve at cimarrion. Nice office atencion! nice place for my kids!! Good location!! and good experience!!!
As a new resident to South Texas, I searched for a new location to reside while I worked in Mission and Mcallen, and while searching I came upon The Reserve at Cimmaron, the curb appeal and common areas were very nice and drew me in to check out the rest of the property. After entering the property office I was greeted by a very nice and professional staff and made to feel like home even before seeing an apartment. The apartment has a decent layout and a private washer and dryer which is convenient. No issues with the space itself, the issues lie with the property management. There is no regulation of children running around screaming and cars blasting music during all hours of the day and night. There is no respect for privacy. Inspectors came in whenever they wanted without permission and at one point came in the apartment while I was showering. Thankfully, I was able to wake my boyfriend up and he made them leave. First of all, if you have kids age about 10 and above, I do not recommend. I feel they don't like kids.They are not allowed to play much, cannot make noise, cannot play with a ball because it will be taken away, kids cannot ride anything that has wheels (ex.bike,skates,skooters,skateboards, etc.) there are no security cameras except in the entrance, but being such luxury apartments, I think they should have more surveillance cameras. Ridiculously over priced, under delivers and the money gouging management is far from an asset.Your contract cannot be terminated (standard Texas clause of paying for an additional month and a 30 day notice doesn't apply under ANY circumstances).I've paid over $4000 for an apartment that I haven't lived been living in on account of an emergency that necessitated moving to a different state and as though that weren't enough I was charged an additional $30 fine because I called in to make a payment one day after labor day .
