management has always been kind efficient courteous - online payment convenient, online report of maintenance easy. emergency maintenance quick. office staff always acts appropriately. only reason for not five stars is you cannot pay forward more than one month in advance on rent, and also you cannot back into parking spots on the property grounds. guest parking just ok.
This place is so quiet, maintenance is very quick to respond and help when I have requests. The office staff is so friendly! I have talked/worked with Briana and Cassandra on things and they truly care about us here and our experience. Very kind and prompt. They also have walking club, offer craft days and had a hot chocolate day! They truly work their best to make our experience great living here. I have nothing negative to say about any of them. Very communicative too!!
I have been resident here for over five years and I love it here. The staff in the office always puts there best foot forward when it come make sure residents are safe in the community. They make sure the community is clean no matter what. The service coordinator always go above and beyond for residents when it comes to events/programs that residents can benefit from. When I moved into my apartment is was clean and etc. again the staff overall is amazing.
Every since I moved here the management has been so respectful, helpful, friendly and welcoming. There was an incident that happens that I had to report. They handled it professionally and promptly. The maintenance team made repairs promptly within an hour and a half of filing a maintenance request. They have been friendly and helpful to me and my family. Everyone has been amazing and helpful. We feel safe here. It is a nice quiet comunity
I move in April and the staff have been extremely helpful and amazing. When my dog ranway from the home the team took time out of there busy day in the office to help me search for my dog. When needing help with rent and anything else the staff is there to always help.
