I have lived here for 20 years. The office staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to take care of the residents and property.
I am so blessed to have moved here at The Reserves at Chandlers Glen, I have never met such a fantastic team of maintenance, assistant property manager and property manager. The maintenance crew go above and beyond keeping the property clean and maintained during the crazy seasons. Maintenance have also been supper helpful and attentive when i had maintenance repairs in the apartment. 0 stars!!!!! Worst place to live! Property management is horrible they falsely accuse you of things you don’t do! Especially if your the quiet type that doesn’t go outside and bother anyone!
The office staff and maintenance made my move so easy. Any problems that may have occurred have been addressed immediately. I’d highly recommend staying here!
This place is absolutely amazing. The office and maintenance staff are so kind, helpful, understanding, respectful, and prompt. I have struggled financially for a few months and Dawn has gone over and above to help me with my situation. They keep the property clean and well maintained at all times. I also feel very safe with all of the security cameras. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and I am so very pleased with my decision to move in here.
