I’ve been living at The Reserves for about 4 years, and it has honestly been one of the best places I’ve ever rented from. The customer service is amazing, and the area is not only beautiful but also incredibly safe, which is very important to me. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors and the area always quiet. If I ever have an issue with something in my townhome, the management and maintenance teams are quick to respond—usually the same day! I’ve been living here for two months now, and I love it here. It’s quiet here, I have great neighbors, and the units are very spacious! I have more room, than I have furniture to fill. I would definitely recommend looking into living at The Reserve at Catawba Creek.🙂
