You need to read my review: I have been a resident here for two years. Unfortunately, my packages have been stolen from the building just a few hours after delivery, and this has happened multiple times. I have spoken to management several times, but unfortunately, no action has been taken and surveillance cameras still have not been installed. I do not feel safe. i’ve lived here for like 2 years & have no complaints. the apartments are nice, the carpets are replaced between tenants. the leasing staff is the best & it’s quiet. the neighbors are all great. we had some package theft going on, but the leasing office worked to fix it! and that can happen anywhere. if you’re thinking about moving here i’d recommend !!!
Please read my warning and run to a different apartment complex! Signing a lease with the Reserve at Beck’s Pond was the biggest mistake I ever made. Capano Management doesn’t care about the tenants or their own staff, they only care about profit. In the two and a half years I suffered there, we had four different maintenance guys because they all kept quitting.
