IF YOU ARE IN BUILDING 300 GET OUT NOW!!!! OUR HVAC UNIT HAS A TON OF BLACK MOLD IN IT!!! This complex has known about it for over a year and a half, and has refused to address the problem. When the emergency maintenance guy came out for water damage on our walls and told us there was leaking from the 4th floor down management here refused to admit it was the cause of issue. With all the black mold in the HVAC room I’m extremely scared to see what is behind the walls. GET OUT IF YOU CAN STAY OUT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!
I have been living here since the 1st day they opened (July 2. 2013). I am very satisfied with everything. The staff and maintenance are very friendly and treats everyone with kindness. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to live.
