This as a new property when i moved in 6 years ago. Unfortunately property management has not maintained the property and now it's falling apart. They have bee many many water leaks and pipes breaking and Ive never seen them do anything to really clean up the water damage. Some floors smell extremely moldy and I'm starting to wonder if its part of the reason of my new health symptoms. Also management has been a nightmare. It is nasty carpets haven't been cleaned in years dog poo in hallways and in lobby water damage from leaks mold nice area and nice apartments pool stays closed more than open fire pit doesn't work BBQ grills need to be cleaned one dosent work at all
they don't tell you about there is no assign parking the front door opens when it wants to they don't have any security and you cant put a ring on your door to be able watch your door when people come in the building in a chair or ****** people come in behind them and steal and just do things in our building when i rented my apartment there was a hook on my door after living here for almost a year they put notice on my door telling me that i would get a 10 day notice if i didn't remove it and the electric that we have to hav... read more
Soundproofing was not done here between floors. As I write this I can hear the upstairs neighbors grandchild running around with loud thumping noises. As other reviewers have said parking sucks. Only covered parking is assigned and there is a 2 year waiting list. Otherwise it's a gamble that when you drive somewhere you will have trouble finding a spot. This is a 55 and over community and most of the residents, including my husband and I, are handicap/disable. It is hard enough to walk the long halls but we conceded to that as we love our apartment and the amenities. But no one told us when we moved in that we would have to drive around for 30 mins looking for a parking spot or park across the street at fred meyer and risk being towed. RecommendedAll the great amenities, in door pool, Jacuzzi, pool table and shuffle board, yoga room. lots and lots of things to do! Monthly birthday party's and pot luck... The best place to live!
