Terrible. While it is better than freezing to death I can’t give any more complaints than that. Had a water leak that maintenance didn’t address so I had to clean. Office is never open so good luck getting any info or trying to cancel your lease. Had a gas leak that they put a bandaid on. Apartment was so poorly insulated that when I had the heat on 75 it was 60 degrees no matter what
The maintenance department here is wonderful and fast.
I went in for a tour and Ryan was very helpful and has alot of knowledge. He knows his job very well and does great! If you are looking for a good place to live come and talk to Ryan he does great!!! I will be submitting my app today!!! Thank you Ryan!!
