I have lived at The Reserve at 77 Apartments going into my 3rd year. The Leasing staff for my Renewal was so easy, and the staff was great if I had any questions regarding my Renewal. Everytime I had any concerns or maintenance issues. I always get a quick response. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come to The Reserve at 77 ,Great place to live.
We met with Ryan he was extremely ice and inviting. He was able to answer all of our questions.
Benjamin was super helpful with matience, He always does a wonderful job, everytime I submit a ticket I look forward to him fixing the issue!! Definitely recommended him
Lived here for eight years, dealt with multiple flooding incidents one of which took maintenence three hours to shut off the valves resulting in about an inch of water in half my apt. This happened multiple times and they tried to charge me upon moving for those damages and more. My neighbors also got screwed on move put. Despite all that and not caring about the cockroach problem they don't tell you about until after you sign.
