The way they helping me to renew my new contract is remarkable and fast. Since I ask them to renew to waiting approval and to end of my signature, it takes only 2-3 hours. This is positively insane speedy and efficient than the previous years. Thanks for Bryan and his coworker in the office for their effectiveness and politeness while they’re doing their job. It's good, could it be better? Sure! However, it's a great location and peaceful for the most part.
Justin helped me out big time with a plumbing issue. When things happen the management company actually takes action to fix it. It's a nice change up from my last place. The front office staff is friendly too.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We have had a first hand account of sketchy business practices, poor communication and bad management. We toured it, looked alright. After this is where the horror begins. What Ryan at The Reserve told us is that we should apply without a guarantor because “most people make it without a guarantor, and it would be too much of a hassle to go through another person”.
