Lived here for eight years, dealt with multiple flooding incidents one of which took maintenence three hours to shut off the valves resulting in about an inch of water in half my apt. This happened multiple times and they tried to charge me upon moving for those damages and more. My neighbors also got screwed on move put. 3-20-2025 FINAL STRAW While out of town doing restoration work. My wife called to notify me of water leaking from the ceiling register and across the tape seam. Which already has mold growth. Due to the the Management off property nothing is addressed to code. It is no longer safe for my kids and family. 5/1/23 Recently moved in and very poor attention to detail on their end as fair as what is move in ready.
