Ben from maintenance is an absolute Rockstar! We've been having some issues with the bathroom flooding/leaking (old buildings = more upkeep) and he has tackled each issue with courtesy, swiftness, and skill. Thank you Ben!
Old, rundown appt complex. Of course, It's going to have its issues, just not ones I want to deal with. I have a pristine 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ with Turbo. It only has 77,000 miles on the body, but the engine was replaced under warranty by McCarthy Chevrolet in 2018. The engine itself has just under 35,000 miles. And, my Baby just got a brand new paint job last year. I'm sure having this info to content with will help you understand why having a garage, or at least a carport, is a necessary.
