I toured this property back in March and absolutely loved it. Emily was very organized. She showed me multiple units and explained everything clearly. The residents here seemed very happy. They have all of amenities including a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and even a freight elevator for move-in day. Both Emily & her husband, Mike went out of their way to connect me with touring other neighboring properties. I've been a resident for a few months now, and I can happily say this is already the best apartment I have lived in. The building is stunning and the location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of downtown. The common areas are spotless and well maintained, the amenities are well appointed, the unit itself is so quiet and sturdy. The biggest star is the staff, everyone is so personable and welcoming. Living at The Reserve downtown has been fantastic! The apartment is spacious and well lit with natural light from the great windows. The staff are always friendly and responsive, ensuring a wonderful living experience. I highly recommend The Reserve for luxurious and convenient downtown living.
