I've been a resident for a few months now, and I can happily say this is already the best apartment I have lived in. The building is stunning and the location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of downtown. The common areas are spotless and well maintained, the amenities are well appointed, the unit itself is so quiet and sturdy. The biggest star is the staff, everyone is so personable and welcoming. Living at The Reserve downtown has been fantastic! The apartment is spacious and well lit with natural light from the great windows. The staff are always friendly and responsive, ensuring a wonderful living experience. I highly recommend The Reserve for luxurious and convenient downtown living.
I had the pleasure of visiting The Reserve at 4th and Race during a resident wine event. Emily, the Property Manager showed me around the beautiful property and was so helpful in setting up the tasting. The event was well-attended and the residents here are incredible and so welcoming!

Terrible place to live very loud windows are very hard to open or don't open at all office staff is very rude and never there
