some things are nice, BUT, they will refuse at all costs no matter what to fix the enormous potholes on their driveway. they will damage your car and the reserve will do nothing to fix the road
I’m coming up on 2 years of living here and make it a point to tell those around me to not move here. The staff is great but I do take issue with how the reserve does not follow the 24 hour notice law. Last year, they would give a notice and say they’d enter between for example, the 24th-28th but never give a specific day, often not showing up until the next week. Slum, water leaks and mold. Been a month and no help. If you love your kids don’t have them stay at the reserve. Zero communication when I left maintenance requests.
Very homey, quiet, spacious, great appliances, close to everything!
Minimal damage to my apartment upon move-in, clear communication with management, easy mail pickup and trash disposal. My biggest complaint was that the staircase outside my apartment is a complete mess with spider webs and trash everywhere
