Slum, water leaks and mold. Been a month and no help. If you love your kids don’t have them stay at the reserve. Zero communication when I left maintenance requests.
Very homey, quiet, spacious, great appliances, close to everything!
Minimal damage to my apartment upon move-in, clear communication with management, easy mail pickup and trash disposal. My biggest complaint was that the staircase outside my apartment is a complete mess with spider webs and trash everywhere
Stay far away from this place. Our son lived there for four years and each year got worse. The first two years weren't too bad and then it was sold. The staff are incredibly unresponsive and when they do they do not take any responsibility for common issues in the apartments. Watch out for ridiculous fees like throwing away more than 3 bags of trash at once or they will charge you $25.00! Winter plowing is non-existent as well.
