it’s really disappointing to have to write this review because I was the first to vouch for people to live at the reserve when I first moved in. The internet access is awful, with very little support from the office. Whenever we’ve had an issue with our internet the office has told us to reach out to the company, we have gone as far as being charged twice for the same month and if it hadn’t been for us noticing we would have never realized we lost that money when we already pay extra to work here. there was a situation where... read more
They say that they can take checks to pay your rent, and then they will hold your check for over a week and charge you a late fee. This has happened multiple times, and they will post on your door if they claim you didn’t pay. They also lose checks and are not very helpful. The wifi does not work properly either, which is a struggle while being in school. Considering they raise the prices drastically every year and the treatment you receive, I do no recommend living here.
I liked living here at the beginning of my lease! I had friends stay here before, and while they did complain about some things I figured this was still the best option for the area if you don't want to live in the dorms. Robbers and thieves in businessman’s clothing, conveniently took 2 months to review sublease because they apparently only have “one person reviewing subleases” so now I’m having to pay rent months after I don’t even live there anymore AND have a subleaser who is also paying rent … honestly it’s absurd really…
The towing rules are extremely harsh, especially for a place that claims to cater to college students. There is nowhere to park your car without getting towed if you would like to go on a vacation during the semester. You can only leave your car during what they consider extended breaks or weekends making it nearly impossible to travel without getting towed.
