I have written a pervious review here but as I’ve signed a new lease with a new apartment I’ve come back to rewrite and add more information. I have lived here for two whole years and all I can say is DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Your rent won’t just be 835 or whatever you sign on for, I have had to pay over 1.1k some months due to $270+ electricity bills as the houses are so old and inefficient. Great place to live! Maintenance has always been easy and fast for me and the front desk staff is very friendly!
I have never had a more difficult overall experience with an apartment complex in my life. Internet has been out for three days with no updates from anyone. Residents are calling the company and being told there is no estimated time for the fix nor will they even disclose the reason for the outage. They said it "might" be back on by Monday, but no guarantees. That means at least five days with no wifi in a STUDENT housing complex. The absolute worst. Cannot get into contact with anyone via phone, it is all generative, insufferable AI. Residents pay more for electric than any other place in Orono. Power goes out constantly, WiFi has been out for a week. Disgusting rooms. Bug problems. TERRIBLE roads. Horrible email service. If they decide not to update you on something, you pay the price.
