Stay far away from this place. Our son lived there for four years and each year got worse. The first two years weren't too bad and then it was sold. The staff are incredibly unresponsive and when they do they do not take any responsibility for common issues in the apartments. Watch out for ridiculous fees like throwing away more than 3 bags of trash at once or they will charge you $25.00! Winter plowing is non-existent as well. Cannot get a person on phone if my life depended on it
Overall, probably better than some of the other apartments definitely better than Orchard trails. I’d say comparable to the Ave which has a way nicer gym and a hot tub that you can use year-round. Where as the reserve has a pool that they will only maintain for about a month in the summer while no one‘s there. Some of the pros: probably the easiest apartment to get out of in the morning if you’re heading towards School, it has the least amount of traffic towards Old Town so there’s almost never a lineup.
