Do not go here, they position themselves as student housing and being "apart" of the University of Maine system. The truth is that they only have advertising prvilages that the university dose for them at the college games. I lost alot of campus based scholorships because of them. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE IMMEDIATLEY!
The roads and parking are have major potholes that will ruin the suspension on any vehicle even going slow. This needs to be fixed
Do not allow your children to live here. Do not sign their lease without reviewing it with your lawyer. My daughter subletted a spot for 2 months and it was a nightmare from day 1. It is almost impossible to speak with a human as they us AI to interact with you. We were promised credits because they charge an application fee. We were only going to be there for 60 days while my daughter was interning at a local hospital. No credits were ever issues.
