They are a very welcoming community and the maintenance guys are always saying hello whenever they are riding around the complex. I never have a problem with service requests, if maintenance isn't able to come in the day I make the request, they usually come in the following day. I also like how the parking lot is always clean of trash, etc. and how welcoming everyone is at the office.
