Shout to Josh! Really enjoyed my two years at the Reserve! They provided so many amenities and social events! Love both of my roommates during this time as well! However I will say if you don’t answer when they knock they will come in! (They will announce themselves once in to say “hey anyone here, need to get in room A.etc)
I have lived here for a couple years. Apartments themselves are nice. The worse part is how the management won't stop a bunch of random people from swimming at the pool. They can pay the police to patrol the parking lot at night and to stop parties (ridiculous considering it's college), but not do anything about a bunch of people at the pool. People who don't live here will literally bring their kids to a college pool like it's ridiculous. I watched a maintenance guy yell at a girl for having her 4 pound puppy at the pool, d... read more

Lived here for two years and it was great. You get what you’re paying for. Employees are always helpful, especially the maintenance
